Four for the Fourth
I had originally wanted to do 4 miles on the recumbent bike and 4 miles on the treadmill but my back and lack of better reading material led me to call it quits early. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and 2 miles on the recumbent bike. I followed this up with 100 crunches and some stretching on this cool machine at the gym. I then came home showered and iced my back and rested a bit.
I keep thinking it’s Saturday and I have tomorrow off but not the case as I have to work.So time to get my stuff together and call it a night.

With all the holiday craziness I was finally able to get a mid-week run in this morning. Treadmill not my favorite but I made it work! 8 more hrs and the holiday weekend begins for me!! Santa cap on! Happy Christmas and Merry New Year!!
a morning run and a weigh-in
With not much enthusiam I opted to stay indoors and get my 5k in this morning on a treadmill (yikes!). It turned out not to be so bad. All I can say is I am thankful and grateful for music! It always seems to carry me through!
I was a little sore after the Jackie Warner workout from last night and I’m more sore after the run this morning. So we will see how the next JW workout goes… planned for tomorrow and then our Turkey Dash on Thursday!

We will see how tomorrow goes and the rest of the week for that matter. I’ll be having my bad lunch today. Then I’ll be making some snickerdoodles tomorrow. On Thursday I’ll be making some mini pumpkin pies and then there’s the whole Turkey Day foods. Posts to come!
