My Spinach Salad
Lots of Spinach
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice mozzarella cheese
1 big roma tomato
and Balsamic dressing about 2 oz.
and some Hell’s Kitchen to watch

Carb Loading for Ragnar for lunch today. It’s three cheese ziti! Notice the water is almost gone. I might have to double the goal for today!

Not as good as some of the other Fresh N’ Easy lunches but it’s spicy!!

My view at lunch today. I guess my phone is being silly and it didn’t go through. You gotta love a great view, pizza and a salad!!

DAY 5 of the Amazing Abs and Arms:
10 Push-ups
20 Front Raises
20 Lateral Raises
20 Bent Arm Side Raises (had to look that one up)
Awesome workout especially with the only weights I have which are 5lbs.
I continued also with TUFF BUTT April…so more lunges and squats
Then since my back has been killing me I did some hamstrings stretches, some Yoga moves, pelvic tilts, some glute and then some transverse ab exercises. I then decided let’s try some meds and my ice pack. I’m feeling better. Calling the doctor in a bit and hope to get some chiropractic help perhaps or more Physical Therapy. Oh and speaking of that. I am officially HEALED from the calf and ankle pain…so yippee for that but perhaps Jason will see me again.
Breakfast was the last of my Peanut Butter Cheerios with Almond milk. I don’t think I’d get them again unless I mix them with some chocolate cheerios…that sounds good.
Hubby’s got Jury Duty and I know he hates it but it’s been a real treat to have lunch with him every day!! Today it’s PHO Oxnard :-)
Tomorrow Yolanda’s Mexican Food…now if only I didn’t have to go back to work…it would be even better with a margarita :-)….that’s a Good Friday ;-)
My last run…
well before the LA Marathon. I finished 3.10 miles in 36 minutes and feel pretty good. I had a few aches mainly in the calf. For the marathon I will be putting on heavy duty KT tape and I think that will help. I see the PT guy after work and hopefully he can make things all better, including my back. It was just a minor bother today but it might be more trouble come marathon day.
Now time for some tuna salad in a pita pocket with some pepper jack cheese and a caffeine free diet coke. Then I will be having an Ultima Replenisher raspberry electrolyte drink. It’s the same one they will be having at the marathon so I thought I should see if I have any adverse effects.

Lunch
My lunch today…egg salad in a whole wheat pita and a piece of pepper jack cheese. Forgot to take a pic but it was yummy!!

HAPPY ALOHA FRIDAY
Happiness is that it is FRIDAY but even happier for me today is that my hubby is coming down to have lunch with me at a PHO place in Oxnard that we’ve wanted to try. He’ll be driving more time (1hr 20) than the time I have for lunch (1 hour) What a guy!!
Happiness is…
having lunch with my niece and nephew along with Grandma and Brad at my favorite place for pizza and salad. Wish I had more time!!
