Another chance to start fresh
Time seems to go by so fast. It’s already the start of a new month. I think it’s also a chance to start fresh and refocus on some goals. I’ve let a lot of things slide lately.
The scale well rather my eating left the number on the scale this morning way more than I would have liked. Suffice it to say I need to make some changes.
- I need to drink more water. I know this helps so much yet I’m drawn to the caffeine in my one diet dr. pepper of the day that I indulge in during the work week and it keeps me away from water.
- Perhaps the cure for some tiredness and to help my back ultimately is to exercise more. So despite how my back aches in the morning it’s time to start hitting the gym in the morning or if it hurts too much take some meds and hit the gym after work.
- Eat real food. With that in mind I already headed to Fresh & Easy after work and grabbed a couple of salads for lunch and some yogurt, fruit and granola for snacks and some healthier dinners from hubby. That should do the trick till we hit Vegas this weekend.
- Ultimately lose weight before the Disney Half and Ragnar. Goal lose 10 lbs by September 13th to 135.
