Slow and Steady

I did the same loop that I ran yesterday but in reverse and on my bike. Today went much better mainly because it was cooler and I love to cycle. However I had the same problem of heavy legs and feeling slow. I decided not to push it too hard mainly because of my back. My mantra today was “slow and steady…you’ll get there”.  I had intended to do more miles on the bike but until my back feels better thought it wise to hold off on more miles and come on home :-)
I cycled 10.14 miles in 1:02:20.

Now to shower and rest a little before we head out to get some $2.00 margaritas and half price appetizers for a late lunch :-)

Starting Monday back to basics!
