Workout Today
Not too much working out this week, saving myself for Ragnar. I am keeping up on my April Challenges though. Here it is.
Day 17 of Amazing Arms n’ Abs
20 Push-ups
30 Front Raises
30 Lateral Raises
30 Bent Arm Raises
This is getting serious now with 5lb weights. Shoulders are getting strong!
TUFF BUTT
23 Lunges
23 Squats
27s Lunge hold (each side)
Also:
20 V-Sit ups
20 Crossover Crunches
Hip flexor stretches too
Did the above ab work to help my back, which is feeling a ton better! Happy Tuesday!!
